SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping on all orders within India. It usually takes 3-5 working days for us to dispatch your product. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in India for orders below Rs 10,000/-.
RETURN POLICY
We have a generous 2 day no-questions-asked return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will take it back. Please initiate returns via our return center within 2 days of delivery.
- Customized and stitched products (e.g - saree blouse custom stitched to your dimensions) are not eligible for return.
- Products marked as 'Pre-order' are exclusively made to order and hence not returnable. Similarly, 100% pure silk sarees & dupattas are also not returnable.
- Products under FINAL SALE are non-returnable.
